About Us
Histrory
Ebenezer Higher Secondary School started functioning in 1964,with 96 students of classes from 5th standard .In 1966 Ebenezer School started functioning as Upper primary School and in 1976 was upgraded and the first batch of students appeared for SSLC exam in March 1979.In the year 2014 our school has upgraded as Higher Secondary.Since then the school came up as first among the aided school of Mzhvannoor gramapanchayath. Now in this year,1500 students are studying in Upper primary , High School and Higher Secondary section of our school.
Now there are 70 teaching and 10 non-teaching staff give their valuable service to this school. In addition to this a resource teacher is working for giving special attention to the differently abled students. During the December vacation coaching classes are being conducted for students .Special classes are conducted for students of class 10 who are backward in studies .Special morning and evening classes for those students under the Vidya Deepam program of District panchayath.
Students of Ebenezer Higher Secondary School proved their ability in Sports,Games ,Programs of Vidyarangam Kalasahithyavadhi,Shahithya samajam and Ezhthukuttam etc.
This school was the venue of sub district Muvattupuzha Food Ball meet , Cricket matches and sub district Sahithyolsavam of Vidyarangam Kalasahithyavadhi in year 2010.We had won a lot of prizes in Youth Festivals and Games.
